the apartment complex is lovely n spacious, super clean too! it was next to westfield mall which was super convenient for shopping n food. the rooms had all kitchen utensils n even a laundry machine. wifi worked great n the ambiance was nice.
the mattress was thin n kinda uncomfortable to sleep on. also, would have liked some more hangers in the closet.

great location, super close to the tube for easy access to central london. love the spacious two-bedroom apt with comfy beds. the gym was a nice plus and i had no issues with wifi. check-out was smooth too!
the mattresses were kinda worn out and the bathroom sink was a bit too small. could’ve used more hangers too.

we had an amazing stay at the apartments! the superior apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. the gym and spa were great additions, and having the pet wash station in the basement was a nice touch. located in the heart of stratford, we were right next to westfield shopping center and loads of restaurants and cafes. highly recommended!

An enviable location with easy access to central attractions and shopping makes this a convenient choice. The spacious two-bedroom apartment featured comfortable beds and essential amenities, with a washing machine and induction stove adding to the convenience. the front desk staff could benefit from more experience, as the welcome felt slightly unprofessional. a limited number of hangers and basic toiletries fell short for a week's stay.

I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the apartment, which provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring London. Its prime location above Westfield Mall made shopping and dining so convenient, especially for seniors like me.
More accessible seating in common areas would improve comfort.

missingWrote a review on Jul 23modern designconvenient locationworn mattresses
Modern design feels fresh, making the apartment attractive. Proximity to Stratford’s amenities provides convenience without being too far from the action.
The mattresses are worn out, leaving that unsatisfying sofa bed vibe in the morning. The bathroom has an oddly small sink, making standard tasks a bit cumbersome. You’ll find a hairdryer, but forget using it unless you’ve got a specialized adapter. the wall socket is just for shavers. Not having adequate pillows can leave you tossing and turning. figuring out where to unload/load luggage is complicated, which isn’t ideal for arrivals or departures. Wi-Fi struggles to maintain a consistent connection, creating a hassle if you need to work or stream.

Absolutely loved the prime spot above Westfield Mall—perfect for grabbing a quick bite at fab spots like Bird Stratford or TGI Fridays! The spacious two-bedroom apartment was a cozy retreat, with two comfy beds and enough room to unwind after a busy day exploring. Location couldn't be better for jumping on the tube to central London.
But, oh dear, the mattresses were desperately in need of a refresh—felt like I was crash landing on a sofa bed! a few more hangers in the closet would have smoothed out our stay.

The apartment offered a fantastic view and a spacious layout that made our time enjoyable, though finding the entrance was a bit tricky for the staff. A few more hangers and better mattress quality would have elevated the experience, but overall, the location near Westfield was a major plus.
